A Simple Responsive Page Built for Blackboard's Content Collection

I used Dreamweaver to create a simple responsive page for Blackboard Learn's Content Collection. I embedded the CSS in the head of the document because of the nature of Blackboard and to keep the styling with the page. Above is the zoomed out view of the desktop layout. Below are the tablet and mobile layouts. I've used inline styling in Blackboard's content editor in order to gain control over the styling of elements. I would use external style sheets and link them in the head of documents for a regular website because it is best practice. View it in a web browser.
